The maximum capacity is 1,000 receivers. We can serve all events with up to 1,000 attendees; however, according to our experience, an event greater than 1,000 attendees is rare in Chile.

No, prices do not include VAT. However, we detail IVA tax so that you will know the final cost of the simultaneous interpretation equipment rental service in the quotation we will send you.
5. What is the minimum rental time?
The minimum rental time is 4 hours because the assembly and disassembly of the equipment require considerable time. However, if you need the equipment for less than 4 hours, the quote will indicate that period as the minimum charge.
6. What is the maximum rental time?
There is no maximum lease time. Happy to lease for the next ten years if you deem it appropriate. However, the full rental time is the one that the client determines in its requirement, and we will quote according to what you indicate to us.
7. What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept bank transfers, cash, and credit/debit card. Payment is 30 days after the service date against the issuance of the corresponding invoice that we will send you via email. To book the service, you must send us a «Purchase Order.»

Our equipment is checked and maintained periodically to ensure its correct operation. In addition, all equipment has insurance that covers any damage or malfunction that may arise during the rental.

Yes, you can cancel the reservation up to 48 hours in advance. If canceled less than 48 hours in advance, Interpreta Chile charges 10% of the quoted rental cost. It is essential to read our terms and conditions for more information.

If it is necessary to change the date or location of the event, it must be done at least one week in advance. This change notification is crucial if the event is outside of Santiago; please contact us as soon as possible if required.

Yes, you may rent the equipment from regions. However, extra charges apply for transfer; in this case, we recommend contacting us directly so that one of our executives can provide you with more information.
17. Does the equipment have a guarantee?
Yes, all our equipment has a 1-year warranty, but remember that we do not sell interpreting equipment; we only rent it; therefore, the warranty applies to us as a company and not to you as a customer.

Any problem with the equipment must be reported immediately to our customer service department, since only they can provide the necessary technical assistance. However, during the event, the assigned technician will be available to attend to any eventuality.
19. Can I rent the equipment if I live abroad?
No, currently, we are only operating in Chile, so it is not possible to rent the equipment for simultaneous interpretation if you are outside the country. Now, if your question is, can I rent the equipment from abroad for an event in Chile?
Yes, it is possible, and because we are bilingual, we can take your call and answer it in English; additionally, we can coordinate the entire rental process via teleconference or videoconference.

Yes, it is possible to extend the rental time; however, you must communicate it as soon as possible to coordinate with the technician in charge of the simultaneous translation equipment assigned to the service.
